Definition: Display shipping and logistics refers to the packing, freight, customs documentation and Incoterms planning used to move acrylic displays, PVC display systems, UV printed panels and exhibition fixtures from Shenzhen to the buyer's market.
Domestic China
- SF Express, ZTO and road freight options are available.
- Standard transit is usually 2-3 business days after production.
- Guangdong deliveries can often be arranged same day or next day depending on size.
Hong Kong & Macau
- Cross-border road freight or express courier.
- Typical transit after production: 1-3 business days.
- DDP delivery can be discussed for suitable orders.
Southeast Asia
- Air freight, courier, LCL or FCL sea freight depending on size and urgency.
- Typical sea freight to nearby Southeast Asia: 7-14 days; air freight: 3-7 days.
- Incoterms such as EXW Shenzhen, FOB Shenzhen or CIF destination can be quoted.
Europe & North America
- Air freight is usually 5-10 business days after dispatch.
- LCL sea freight is often 25-40 days depending on route.
- HS code guidance and packing details can be provided upon request.
Packing
- Export-grade corrugated cartons with foam cushioning.
- Large or fragile displays can use reinforced wooden crates.
- Each item can be individually wrapped and labelled for project installation.
United States Import Notes
- HTS code references can be suggested from product material and use, but final classification should be confirmed by the importer or customs broker.
- US Section 301 tariff exposure depends on the final HTS classification and shipment route; buyers should confirm duty handling before choosing FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP.
- For California shipments, any Prop 65 warning or material documentation requirement should be shared before quotation so material and label options can be reviewed.
EU VAT and Import Responsibility
- For EU deliveries, VAT, EORI, importer of record and customs clearance responsibility must be confirmed before shipment.
- DAP and DDP may require different logistics partners and documentation depending on the destination country.
- Packing lists, commercial invoices and product descriptions can be prepared for broker review.
