Sample Policy
- Standard material samples can be arranged before bulk production.
- Custom prototypes are quoted according to size, material, printing and tooling requirements.
- Sample freight is normally paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Terms
- Common terms: T/T deposit before production and balance before shipment.
- PayPal or Alibaba Trade Assurance may be arranged for sample or small orders where available.
- Final payment terms are confirmed in the quotation or sales agreement.
Incoterms and Delivery Terms
- EXW Shenzhen, FOB Shenzhen, CIF destination, DAP or DDP can be discussed according to project scope and destination.
- Incoterms affect freight, customs clearance, importer responsibility and insurance scope.
- The final trade term is confirmed in the quotation before production starts.
MOQ
- Acrylic displays: typical MOQ from 10 pcs depending on complexity.
- PVC and printed panels: sample or small batch production is available.
- Outdoor advertising materials: MOQ depends on material width and finishing method.
Warranty and Quality Handling
- Quality inspection covers material, print, cutting, assembly and packing before shipment.
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we provide rework, replacement or a negotiated solution.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or transit handling by third parties is handled case by case.
Small Sample Payment Notes
- Sample or small prototype payments can be discussed by T/T, PayPal or Alibaba Trade Assurance where available.
- Stripe payment links are not published on the website; if a card payment link is required, request confirmation before the proforma invoice.
- Bank charges, platform fees and currency conversion costs should be confirmed before payment.
