UV printing file preparation guide for acrylic and PVC panels

Good UV printing starts before the printer is switched on. Buyers should provide artwork at final size or clear scale, with linked images embedded, fonts outlined, and color references defined. For transparent acrylic, white ink layers and viewing direction must be marked clearly.
For large panels, split lines, bleed, safe margins and installation sequence should be confirmed before production. If the print must match brand color, send Pantone or physical sample references and allow time for a printed proof. This reduces rework and keeps project schedules more predictable.
