PVC display system RFQ checklist for events and mall signage
PVC display systems are often used for event backdrops, mall directories, wall graphics, promotion islands and lightweight exhibition structures. The same material name can cover very different structures, so the RFQ should define installation method, finished size, panel split, print finish and whether the item is temporary or semi-permanent.
A useful RFQ includes floor plans, mounting photos, artwork size, quantity per location, indoor or semi-outdoor use, expected installation date and packing requirements. If the display is for a public venue, confirm fire rating, edge protection, hanging hardware and on-site access before production.
