Packing and logistics checklist for overseas display orders

Display products are often bulky, fragile or delivered to a strict event deadline. Packing should be designed around material risk: acrylic needs anti-scratch film and foam separation, printed panels need corner protection, and exhibition structures may need labeled cartons or transport cases.
For overseas orders, confirm Incoterm, destination address type, customs documents, carton size limits, installation schedule and whether spare graphics or repair parts are needed. Good packing notes reduce damage and help the installation team find the right parts quickly.
