EU Compliance | Forever Advertising

Material safety, documentation and responsible sourcing information for European buyers.

Definition: EU display compliance involves material documentation, REACH and RoHS review, CE notes for electrical components, fire-rating requirements and importer responsibility for retail displays, light boxes and exhibition fixtures shipped to European markets.

Material Safety

  • Acrylic (PMMA), PVC foam board and printed materials can be specified according to project requirements.
  • REACH / RoHS related documents can be requested where material suppliers provide them.
  • Food-contact or fire-rating requirements must be confirmed before quotation.

Quality Documentation

  • Incoming material, print, cutting, assembly and packing checks are documented for production orders.
  • Before shipment, materials, printing, cutting, assembly and packing are checked item by item. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificate scans are now available for customer review.
  • Material certificates or safety data sheets can be collected for applicable materials.

Environmental Options

  • Recyclable cardboard packing is available for standard shipments.
  • Lower-VOC print and PVC-free alternatives can be discussed for suitable projects.
  • Scrap material handling can be documented for larger orders when required.

Import Assistance

  • We can provide product descriptions, packing lists and HS code references for customs review.
  • FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP discussion is available depending on destination and order size.
  • Technical documentation can be prepared case by case for EU buyers.

CE, Electrical and Fire-Rating Notes

  • CE-related documentation is only applicable where electrical components such as LED modules, drivers or lightbox systems are included and supplier documents are available.
  • Venue fire-rating requirements such as B1 or B-s1,d0 must be provided before quotation; material sourcing and test reports are reviewed case by case.
  • UL or ETL documentation for electrical components should be requested before quotation when required for North American projects.

Importer and Representative Boundaries

  • Forever Advertising can prepare supplier, material and packing information, but the buyer or importer should confirm local regulatory obligations in the destination market.
  • EU Authorised Representative details are not assumed unless separately arranged for a specific product scope.
  • Prop 65, REACH, RoHS, CE or fire-rating wording should be reviewed against the actual material, component and target market before production release.
